• I learn every child’s name — and something they love.
• I aim each lesson at a target I can see.
• I never ask “do you understand?” — I watch.
• I repeat without boring, and play without wasting time.
• I let silence do its quiet work.
• I correct by inviting, not by shaming.
• I measure gently, and often.
• I keep learning — and I never teach alone.
